Red-Rose Children Center is privileged to be linked with litworld. Children make online books based on different issues affecting their life in Kibera slum and the school in general. They share these books with their friends in different schools in the world. In this book, fifth grade students together with their teacher went round the giant slum of Kibera taking pictures of different businesses and business people. The students illustrated how small scale businesses have helped people in Kibera to earn a living. This is just one of the many books made by students of different grades at Red-Rose. Litworld has enabled children here to share learning experiences with their friends in the same grades in America and London.This has made it easier for them to understand what goes on in other parts of the world.
