Transitioning Children of Kibera Into Secondary Education

2012 is definitely going to be strongly embedded in the History of Red Rose School. For the first time, the school is going to have its first ever eighth grade students sit Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (K.C.P.E) a national exams that facilitates their transition into secondary education.
Firmly sailing in the EFA spirit, we have expanded access to quality primary education by ensuring that orphans and vulnerable children from Kibera are in school. In the 2012 class, CoKF has been sponsoring 13 out of 16 students. And will be more than delighted to see them majestically march into secondary education life.
Here is Brian, we have been with him since second grade, now he is set to sit the final exams, watch him share his dreams:

Through this sponsorship, CoKF is not only giving these children education but also a bridge into the future.  As the pioneer class has two months to sit the exams, we wish them all the best and will be keen to follow their education life in high school.
